What is asked of a man
- To ask of his own free will. Members do not recruit.
- To be of good character and good report in his community.
- To profess belief in a Supreme Being, whatever his faith tradition.
- To meet the age and residency requirements set by the Grand Lodge.
- To give time, attention and service—and to place family, faith and work first.
